Shipping destinations and charges
We ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Standard shipping costs $5.99 for orders below $50 and is free for orders of $50 or more. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Expedited shipping costs $7.99 when available at checkout. The standard planning window above applies to standard shipping.
Tracking and address changes
Check your dispatch email for tracking information when available. If your address needs correcting, email service@frostbram.com with your order number as soon as possible. Changes depend on the status of your shipment.
